Who should attend? 18-24 year olds who are out of school, have at least a high school diploma or GED, and are actively seeking employment. College graduates welcome! Serious job seekers only!

As a NextGener you'll engage in an intensive 4-day work readiness assessment and training course. At the end of the training you'll have a career development portfolio and a personalized plan to reach your goals that may include opportunities for placement in PAID* work-based training. You and your NextGen Specialist (personal coach) will continue to work together to help you land your first job, get a better job or launch a career!
